2. No refunds or cancellation so please be confident in availing fIRST.
3. Do not continuously change your original request, especially last minute.
4. We can't accept every request.
5. For paid transactions, always include a screenshot of the reciept.
6. We will not entertain rude and impatient customers.
7. New rules be added if necessary, do not exploit any of our policies.

Important notes!

1. travelers are advised to stay in the chat upon transaction for the verification of the account.
2. All services are customizable.
3. If you don't have requirements met for a specific service, you will be charged separately. (ex: sumeru quest chains for 100% exploration)
4. no information will be publicly shared besides any conversations or reciepts that show our proof of legitimacy.
5. To ensure account safety, change your password before and after we start piloting. permanently delete our devices from your account when we finish.
6. mop is gcash, paypal or paymaya. we also accept accounts, nitro, welkin, bp and gc topup. Our rates are in USD and php only.
